At La Mina de Oro, we’re committed to delivering your favorite beauty and fragrance products quickly, safely, and affordably.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat standard rate within the United States. We use Fedex and USPS as carriers, once that your order is placed we will determie which carrier is the best option for your location.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking code details so you can follow your order every step of the way. We recommend to copy and paste that code to your browser to locate your item.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. Stay tuned—international shipping may be coming soon!

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
